Driving local loyalty through local stores to the wider SPAR brand.

SPAR is the worlds largest food retail chain and SPAR UK consists of over 2,700 stores, made up of over 2,000 independent retailers and the rest are owned by the five distributors that form SPAR UK.

Most traditional loyalty providers cannot cater for this infrastructure. This is where our system triumphs; enabling individual retailers to manage their own stores content, whilst allowing head office to manage stores owned by them.

Branding

SPAR GO being the first loyalty offering from SPAR UK, there was no existing branding for a loyalty scheme. The branding was designed by us to fall inline with the current SPAR brand.

Application

A mobile and tablet application available on iOS and Android, designed, hosted and maintained by BizzleIt on a daily basis. The app is free and caters for both retailers and customers.

The website is designed, hosted and maintained by BizzleIt, providing a majority of the features that the app provides and is mobile-friendly, built primarily for the retailers.

Cards

Loyalty cards were provided in wallet and key sizes with the ability to be used alongside or instead of the in-app smart code, catering for non-digital SPAR customers.

EPoS Integration

Integration with the EPoS systems was crucial with this project, this was done seamlessly without any hardware and purely via our unique till widget, capturing all relevant data in real-time.

All point of sale was designed, sourced and produed by us, this included: window stickers, posters, FSDU's, banner signs, shelf edges and much more.
